carrie made poached egg tacos for breakfast yesterday. oh so good, quick & easy...
what's in it:
the obvious - one poached egg per taco
corn tortillas
shredded monterrey jack cheese
roasted tomato-chipotle salsa (i made last week)
(broil-roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic and canned chipotle pepper - all blended in the vita-prep)
